We recommend fully charging QLOCKTWO W before using it for the first time. QLOCKTWO W features an integrated lithium-ion polymer battery.

• 1. Connect the charger to the USB-C cable.
• 2. Connect the USB-C cable to a suitable USB-C power adapter (5V DC output with safe temperature monitoring)
• 3. Place QLOCKTWO W on the charge with the matrix facing upwards.
• 4. Charge for 3 hours.
• 5. Check the charge level.

To display the battery level of QLOCKTWO W, briefly press the button and then immediately press and hold it for two seconds. The current battery level is shown as a battery symbol, with the illumination indicating the charge level.

After approx. five seconds of inactivity, QLOCKTWO W automatically returns to the time display. Alternatively, you can return directly to the time display at any time with a short button press.

Press and hold the button on the right-hand-side of the case for approximately 20 seconds. The matrix will light up.

Time is indicated in words in hours and five-minute increments. Each lit corner dot indicates one minute later (or one minute closer to the next five minute increment advance).

QLOCKTWO W features an automatic brightness sensor. This is preset at the factory and automatically adjusts the display brightness to the ambient light.

Setting the time is simple with the 4 buttons located on the back of the QLOCKTWO EARTH 13.5. Time is measured on a 12-hour cycle. EARTH 13.5 models purchased after winter 2020 or upgraded to the new circuit board can use the smartphone FLASHSETTER app.

• Install FLASHSETTER App: Android (Google Play)  |  iOS (iTunes)
• Open the app and press the green "FLASH" button.
• The light sensor is on the bottom back of the EARTH 13.5. The strobing light is what changes the time. Position the side of your phone that is flashing facing the light sensor (on Android this is the screen of your phone, on iPhone, the back of your phone).
• The entire clock matrix will light up once the new time is set.

Option 2: Watch Button

• The time display will blink when you connect your clock to the power supply for the first time or if it has been disconnected for longer than 24hrs. If the time is not blinking, Press & hold [] button for approximately 3 second to enter the time setting mode; display will begin to blink.
• Press [60] button to advance time in 1 hour increments
• Press [5] button to advance time in 5 minute increments
• Press [1] button to add 1 minute increments*
• Press [] OR [] button to save the time.

*Adds on 1, 2, 3 or 4 minutes as corner dots. Each time you touch the [1] button, the internal counter for seconds goes to zero. This makes is possible to set the time precisely to the second. Pressing the time buttons outside of the time setting mode adjusts the alarm clock time.

• External magnetic fields may affect the function of QLOCKTWO W. Keep QLOCKTWO away from strong magnetic fields (e.g. speakers, induction hobs, magnetic mounts).
• Only use the supplied charger. The use of other chargers may result in malfunctions or damage.
• Only use a suitable USB-C power adapter (5 V DC with temperature control).
• Do not charge QLOCKTWO W in a damp environment. Only use the charger in dry indoor areas.
• Avoid extreme temperatures, strong impacts and chemical cleaning agents. This may damage the housing, glass, seals or strap of QLOCKTWO W.

Almost all QLOCKTWO clients have a question before purchasing; we want you to contact us with any pre-sale questions. As a general store policy, we do not take returns. The simple reason is many of our larger clocks are very difficult to repack and return without damaging and we do not cater to clients who are not serious buyers. Most QLOCKTWO pre-sale questions involve which Front Cover finish to purchase or which size is best for your space. We can help you decide. Like any work of art, experiencing it in person is different from looking at in on your phone, monitor or even in a retail space. Depending on your choices, we can send a sample and/or scaled print to help you decide. We know it's not always possible, but it's ideal to see art in the installation space to decide (lighting, wall color, surrounding decor, etc. can all influence your selection).

The manufacturer’s warranty is valid for two years from delivery. Failure to observe the information in the instructions for use outlined in the manual or modifying, opening or altering your QLOCKTWO W is not covered by QLOCKTWO's warranty.

Never attempt to repair or dismantle your QLOCKTWO W yourself. Contact us for QLOCKTWO W repairs or replaceement.

Yes, for every QLOCKTWO model except the W. The watch isn't available for samples, but as long as it remains unworn, there is a 7-day return window. We'd rather you not have to return it: ask us anything before you order, and we're glad to talk it through.

Normal bracelets are suitable for wrist sizes measuring 6.75-8.75". If your wrist size is less than 6.75", order a small. Measure your wrist with a fabric tape measure beside your wrist bone. It should be snug, but not tight. You can also use a string and then measure it straightened.

Through QLOCKTWO's US service rather than at home. The battery is internal and not user-serviceable, and we anticipate that replacement will mean sending the watch to QLOCKTWO in the US. We don't yet have data on how long the internal battery lasts before it needs replacing. Your watch is covered for four years either way: QLOCKTWO's two-year manufacturer warranty plus two more from Clock Forward.

Yes. Clock Forward has been an authorized QLOCKTWO partner since 2019, and as of 2026 we are the only retailer besides QLOCKTWO itself authorized to sell the W in North and South America. Every watch is brand new from the factory unless otherwise specified. We support your QLOCKTWO before the sale and for as long as you own it, including watches bought elsewhere.

No. The FLASHSETTER app sets it automatically, using a strobing pattern from your phone's screen or flash. You can also set it by hand with a single button, which takes a little patience but isn't difficult. We send instructions at each time change, and they stay on this page. You're always welcome to contact us too.

North and South America and the Caribbean, which is the territory our agreement with QLOCKTWO covers. Limited editions, special releases, and commissions can sometimes travel further, so it's worth asking. If you're outside the region, QLOCKTWO's site can connect you with regional support, or we're happy to make the introduction.

Fine Steel and Black Steel are currently the only finishes QLOCKTWO offers. Beyond those, we offer Bespoke Leather, fitted by Clock Forward. These straps are made to order by independent leatherworkers rather than by QLOCKTWO, and we fit them to your watch before it ships, so it arrives ready to wear. Contact us for leathers, colors, and stitching.

Current LEDs are rated at roughly 50,000 hours of continuous operation before luminosity begins to drop, which would be about six years if they never switched off. The W's display only lights when you raise your wrist or press the button, so that rating doesn't convert into a calendar figure we can predict. If the LEDs do reach end of life, QLOCKTWO has historically offered reasonable electronics replacement.

Black Steel, currently. Our advice is to buy the one you'll enjoy most, with some weight given to whichever looks least like the other watches already in your rotation, smartwatches included.

No, though a USB-C charging cable is included. QLOCKTWO's reasoning is that most people already own an adaptor, and that including one (and billing for it) is wasteful. Any reputable charger that adjusts its output dynamically will work; the watch needs 5V. If you need a charger, we can add an Anker Nano 30W to your order at a special price.
