Domestic Shipping
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days, plus transit time. Made-to-order works take longer. If the lead time isn’t listed on the product page, we’ll provide one. If anything changes after you order, we’ll keep you updated.
We ship insured with UPS. UPS Ground shipping is free on orders over $65, and 3-Day shipping is free on orders over $2,000. Orders over $250 require a signature on delivery.
For small packages under 4 lbs., USPS is also available at checkout. UPS can’t deliver to a Post Office box, so choose USPS if you’re shipping to one. (UPS Store boxes and similar addresses are fine.) If you need a larger package shipped with USPS, please contact us or leave a note with your order.
We like packages to arrive when someone is home. If you’ll be traveling, let us know and we’ll hold your order until someone is there to receive it. If you need something by a certain date, give us a 2–3 day delivery window in the order notes or by email, and we’ll choose the right service — or contact us first if you’re not sure it can arrive in time. For longer-lead-time orders, we’ll email before shipping to confirm someone will be available to receive it.
Please open your package when it arrives. If anything isn’t right, let us know within 3 business days so we can sort it out.
International Shipping
International orders have a $200 minimum. For small parts, it’s best to contact the maker directly to find your regional distributor. Orders over $2,000 ship free, and orders over $500 require a signature on delivery. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Some of our makers restrict where we can ship their work, so certain pieces may not be available to your country at checkout. If a piece you want isn’t offered for your address, contact us — we can often help.
