Our Commitment
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our target for this website. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and while we work toward this standard, some content may not yet fully conform.
What We Do
We use automated accessibility testing together with manual keyboard and screen reader checks of key pages to identify issues and guide improvements. Our ongoing accessibility work includes attention to page structure, text alternatives for images, keyboard navigation, focus visibility, form labels, color contrast, and the size of links and buttons.
We work to address issues identified through testing and customer feedback as our website content, products, and software change over time.
Known Limitations
Our website is built on BigCommerce, and some features are provided by third-party services, including the checkout, payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, email signup forms, and embedded videos. We do not fully control the accessibility of these systems, but we work to address barriers within our control and raise issues with providers where appropriate.
