Clock Forward is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. This website strives to comply with best practices and standards as defined by Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act and level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user-friendly for all people.
If you would like assistance or have accessibility concerns with our website, please contact me at: 1-704-981-0636 or firstname.lastname@example.org. I enjoy going over our work with ALL customers.
All site pages have been run through a W3C compliant validation product to analyze compliance to WCAG guidelines. We continually to test our site to make sure that all content is accessible to all visitors and continue to work to improve the accessibility standards of our website.
Note: If you have broader issues with the software & foundation template overall (which we have improved upon), I recommend contacting BigCommerce directly and voicing your concerns. Software companies often pass this burden on to the small businesses they serve. We do not know why SaaS companies' templates are not more compliant out of the box.
