Return Policy

Please contact us before purchasing if you are uncertain about a clock. We are here to help. Our primary goal is to place a work of art clock with you that brings you daily joy. Please ask any questions before ordering; it will save us both time & money. Our clocks are fragile, and the more times we have to ship a clock, the more likely it is to incur damage. If you are trying to decide between a couple of models or variants, please tell us; we can help. In some cases, we may be able to send you samples or two to choose from. You may cancel an order for an in stock item prior to it shipping for a full refund. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Return policy varies based on manufacturer as follows:

QLOCKTWO: QLOCKTWO Clock Matrix + Front Cover packages (TOUCH & CLASSIC) are eligible for a full refund when returned in new, unopened box condition; customer pays return shipping. Opened QLOCKTWO (TOUCH & CLASSIC) boxes may be refunded if your return arrives with all the original parts in new condition. Customer pays return shipping + 10% or $150 restocking fee (whichever is less). QLOCKTWO LARGE models, custom orders from Germany (including non-english Front Cover variants) are NOT eligible for return.

Chrono-Art & ETCH Clock: All Chrono-Art & ETCH clocks are eligible for a refund when returned in original, shipped new condition. Customer pays return shipping + 10% restocking fee.

ClockClock 24: ClockClock 24 is not eligible for return.

In the rare case a clock arrives damaged, we will decide whether to file a claim (all works are shipped insured) or return/exchange your item. All claims on damaged works must be made by contacting us at info@clockforward.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will not refund any orders returned damaged to us due to your negligent packaging, mishandling or returned without contacting us first. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and may take 3-5 days to post.
