Order Info

We communicate your order status via email. You’ll receive email confirmations when you place an order and tracking when your order ships. For orders with lengthy lead times, we will contact you before shipping to make sure someone will be present to receive the work before shipping. 


We accept Bitcoin (via OpenNode), Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, and bank transfers. We accept checks from corporate clients only. Any payment must clear before your purchase ships. For many orders with a long lead-time (8-12 weeks), we will allow a split payment. Please contact us for more details.

Shipping & Delivery

North America: Unless noted, orders typically ship in 1-3 business days via UPS (Chrono-Art ships USPS). All orders exceeding $250 require adult signature confirmation. If your order needs to be expedited, please contact us. We will make every effort to deliver it by your deadline; additional shipping charges may be added when applicable.

Outside of North America: We currently do not ship outside of North America. If you need assistance with an international order, please contact us, and we will connect you with the maker or distributor for your country. This is also best practice in case you later require maintenance from another continent.
