Alp

The first collection of KERIS finds its inspiration from the Swiss mountain air and slow-living trend. Alp' is peaceful, invigorating, and inspiring. Its pleasing curves combine with slow and consistent movements. Hours and minutes sometimes matter less than the act of viewing time passing and understanding the importance of each second. Alp's unique yet subtle design helps it stand out or recede into any interior space.

THE MOVEMENT
Powered by mechanical energy, Alp' runs continuously for fifteen days when fully wound. The winding crown (located on the front) is accessible and easy to rotate due to Alp's innovative spring system. The pendulum swings every second, making it pleasant to watch and listen to as it reflects a relaxed human heart rate. The mechanical animations are displayed through five windows (three on the front and one on each side), providing observers with memorable mechanical moments. Time is displayed by sandblasted hour and minute hands available in stock or custom colors.

THE CASE
The clock body is encased with a beech wood or oak wooden frame. The dark gray anodized backplate provides a contrast to the metal gears. Five windows allow the viewer access to the mechanical movements. The wooden frame is available in natural and painted finishes. Though KERIS prefers the standard poly clock face hue, custom colors are possible. The metal plate hanging system is both sturdy and simple, and the clock is very easy to install.
