2020 Holiday Purchase Advice

Buy early from us.

Clock Forward is a year-round business. Like you, I prefer to spend my holidays relaxing. A few reasons to purchase early:

Some of our works have lengthy lead times or go out of stock in the US during the holidays—especially depending on COVID shutdowns in both the US and Europe. Most of our clocks are made in Europe and some are already unavailable until 2021. Our inventory can change quickly.

Like our makers, we don't do 'sales' or coupons. If you'd like us to monitor any special offers, leave a note in your order comments. If there is a better price on another retailer's site between now and Jan 1, 2021, we'll refund the difference.* We know where to look.

Your warranty with us will begin no sooner than Jan 2021 no matter when you purchase.

We will remain available to help you whether your product is in or out of warranty. Our clocks are expensive. We want you to have a lifelong relationship with your purchase. We believe in doing right over profit.
